In Person One-on-One Training or Semi-Private Training
Everyone has personal goals. With one-on-one in person training, you will have my undivided attention to help you work towards achieving those goals.
Semi-private training allows a small group of people (maximum of 3) to get together to work towards similar goals. You can workout with friends, family, or strangers that can be come friends or family!
Online Programming
Have you been working out or attending the gym regularly for more than a year? Online programming may be the perfect option for you. We will create a plan for you to perform your lifts in your gym space, chat weekly about how you’re doing, and adjust the plan accordingly every 4-6 weeks.
Nutrition Consulting
Do you need assistance with nutrition? Schedule an in-person or video conference call with me to discuss your nutrition needs and goals and how we can help you become more comfortable and confident with the food you consume to fuel your day to day activities.
One-on-one Online Training via Zoom
If we don’t live close to one another, video conference training can be a great tool. We will perform exercises. The only requirement is providing me a list of equipment you have available and a description or photo of your workout space so we can properly program for you.
Sports Conditioning Training
Whether you’re a high school athlete or off-season collegiate athlete, I can provide training experience one-on-one to fit your specific needs in your sport. We will work on speed and agility, plyometrics, particular strength training programs that are specific to you, and more.
