20-Minute Workout Idea

Sometimes, we can’t spend an hour plus in the gym. It isn’t realistic with all of our to do’s and scheduled meetings, events, etc.

Yet, you have a little time to do something… what do you do? I have an idea of a workout you can do at home or at your gym (home gym, hotel gym, AirBnB gym, you name it).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED —
YOU. You are the equipment.

TIME NEEDED —
20 minutes. Warm up for 60 seconds, cool down for 60 seconds.

THE WORKOUT —
Bodyweight Squats for 10 reps
Elevated Push Ups for AMRAP*
Static Pulse Lunges for 15 per leg
Dead Bugs for 16 repetitions (8 per side)

HOW TO PERFORM THE WORKOUT —
Set a 20-minute timer. Perform each exercise back to back. Continue until the timer goes off. Rest as needed.

I will share a video on my Instagram page (@daiglebits__) of this exact workout so you don’t have to try to figure it out.
If you try it, tag me! I’d love to know how you felt!

Love, Ashley
